Medical help is desperately needed for one of our own rescue friend's dog.

Thor, a Collie Shepherd mix, is the beloved dog of national crossposter Barbara Renpenning of New York who tirelessly gives of her time to post for dogs of all breeds in need of rescue.

He has been diagnosed with an inflammatory tumor or polyp on his gum which must be removed and biopsied and hopefully will not be malignant. His teeth need to be cleaned along with any removed if necessary upon inspection during surgery.

The estimated amount is $700.00 but we all know that monetary limits cannot be placed on our faithful friend & soulmate spanning the years, always faithful, always by her side through it all.

Barbara and Thor have been together for 11 years and he is her
"Heart Dog", with her through thick and thin and it would be very sad if he cannot get the help he needs, especially when his Mommy has done much to help many, many dogs.

I know there are pleas for many animals and they are all so deserving of help. If we all give from our hearts to help Thor there will be enough to have his surgery which will probably save his life so please give what you can to help Barbara with her handsome and sweet Thor.

I can just imagine him laying near her while she posts for dogs, just happy and content to be near his Mommy, what a good boy he is and loves to play ball, I mean he REALLY loves to play ball! Please help Thor get his medical treatment as he has much time left in which to play ball and be happy with his Mommy Barbara!
